Socialbear Limited ("SocialBear", "we"), 30 Churchill Place, London, E14 5RE, company number 08775064, is the controller of the personal data collected through this order form under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Your name, job title, work email, company name, company number and address; a record of the terms you accepted, with the date, time, IP address and browser details; and billing details. Card details are collected and held by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To enter into and perform our contract with your company (lawful basis: contract and our legitimate interests in dealing with business customers), to take payments, to keep evidence of the agreement, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment processing) and our hosting and infrastructure providers, all under appropriate contracts. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

For the length of the contract and then for up to 6 years, to meet legal and tax requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
